How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking details by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), and buy-now-pay-later options.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Visit your account orders page or contact support for assistance.

How do I become a vendor?
Apply via our vendor onboarding form. After review, you’ll receive access to your vendor dashboard to manage products and orders.
What are the commission rates and payout terms?
We offer competitive commissions (starting at 10%) and automated payouts every 2 weeks via Stripe or PayPal.
How do I upload products?
Log in to your vendor dashboard, use the product upload template, and submit listings for approval. Quality and authenticity are required.
Where can I find vendor policies?
All vendor policies are available in your dashboard and in the Vendor Onboarding Package sent to your email.
