These terms apply to all visitors, users, vendors, and others who access or use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
• To transmit or procure sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate VB Kouture, our vendors, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website
• To introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any other systems or networks

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Shipping times and costs vary based on your selected shipping method:

• Vendor Fulfilled: Free shipping, typically 2-3 business days (same-day if ordered before noon Winnipeg time)
• Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout, 3-5 business days
• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout, 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• For non-defective items, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• For defective items, we cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund
• Final sale items cannot be returned unless defective
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

VB Kouture operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors. While we strive to ensure quality and reliability:

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions and images
• Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment and product quality
• We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee vendor performance
• We may assist with disputes between customers and vendors
• We reserve the right to remove vendors who violate our policies

All content on the VB Kouture website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VB Kouture or our vendors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VB Kouture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VB Kouture and our officers, directors, employees, vendors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of the services

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
